Compass Career Management Solutions, a Human Resources-Consulting firm with an expertise in career and business transitions, as well as strategic business planning, developed a new “Phased Leadership Development Program”, which has been positively received by companies in our area. Its distinction is to better prepare our future leaders in addressing our widely diverse workforce, as well as specific issues, i.e. “improving Communication”, the engagement of employees, and strengthen their strategic capabilities in order to improve and build a stronger and more confident employee relationship.
This program has three phases to prepare and train future leaders from the basic foundation of Leadership to the middle management and onto those focused to become “Senior Leaders”. One of the goals of this program was to offer solid and effective training without incurring extreme pricing. This new leadership venue teaches practical and useful lessons, which produces successful results.
