Gather Decision-Making HR Professionals & Employers to Exchange Resolutions

Senior Human Resources Professionals and Employers, who do not have a designated HR Professional, are constantly dealing with changing situations, which can alter company rules, guidelines, laws, etc., and causes the Human Resources department to adjust or update restrictions and workplace rules affecting the workforce.

Since COVID has developed and caused ongoing health and medical risks, this has lead to health-related stipulations and rules, which are meant to reduce more medical risks. The Senior HR Forum was created to allow those “decision-making” human resources professionals and employers to meet and exchange ideas, options, alternatives, as well as resources, tools, and other solutions to enable a business or organization to resolve their situation.

There is no charge for this group to meet, other than each individuals’ refreshments. All information shared is not publicized but kept within the group. There are also NO salespeople included in the meetings. The focus of this venue is to allow “decision-making” human resources professionals and their employers to experience private exchanges of information, ideas and resources. This group also refrains from meeting more than four times a year, unless critically decided by the participants.
