With more than thirty years of Human Resource experience in the retail grocery and distribution fields. Pertinent prior work experience includes Vice President, Human Resources, Eagle Food Centers, Milan, IL; Director of Training, Food Marketing Institute, Washington, DC; and Director of Human Resources, The Kroger Company – Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA Divisions.
President and Managing Partner, Compass Career Management Solutions and Strategic Partner for Performance Culture Systems.
In 1994, Bill co-found and continues to manage a human resource consulting firm specializing in corporate and individual outplacement – career transition assistance, business and individual coaching/mentoring, career strategies, leadership development, training, and strategic planning and succession planning.
The firm’s motto is – “The Winds of Change Bring Opportunity™”.
In 2015, he became a strategic partner with Performance Culture Systems.
University of Phoenix – Charlotte Campus – School of Business and Information Technology – Certified Associate Faculty Member, Faculty Assessment Liaison, Trainer for the School of Business, former Area Chair-Lead Faculty.
Bill began his academic career an adjunct faculty member of the University of Phoenix in 2005. As a faculty member, he facilitates a variety of business courses at the senior level most notably Human Resources and the Capstone Courses – Integrated Business Topics and Strategic Management.
He currently serves as Faculty Assessment Liaison for the Charlotte and Georgia Campuses for the School of Business.
Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) – Starting in 2015 and currently, he is a part-time faculty member conducting the SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification Exam Preparation Course.
